- I go away for part of the year and I do not use my EWOL account.
Should I cancel my account while I am away?
You do not need to cancel; we can place your account on hold.
This will ensure you can keep your current email address
and allow your mailbox to continue to receive email.
The fee is $10.00 and we will hold your account for 1 year.
- When I am on vacation, how can I get my email?
The best way to do this is to use a computer having local access
to the Internet and using the web mail feature. Start your
browser (Internet Explorer or Netscape) and go to
http://mail.ewol.com:8383.
Log in using your login name and password. You will be able
to read and reply to your mail using menu selections on your
browser screen.
- What is broadband?
Broadband is high speed Internet access. We offer a number
of broadband services, Wireless, DSL and ISDN, check with us
to see what is available in your area and best fits your needs.
- Why do I keep getting disconnected?
There can be a number of reasons for this, we recommend calling
our technical department to help you find out where the problem is.
