How To Use EWOL's Spam Control Center

In order to access the EWOL Spam Filter click on the link below:

http://spam.ewol.com

It will ask you for your username and password. Here you MUST enter in your full email address, i.e. support@ewol.com.

The filter is a very sophisticated piece of software that learns on its own, BUT with your help you can gain VERY accurate results.

The more you train the SPAM FILTER the more effective it will be.

If you find an email that needs to be delivered, just check the box to the left and then choose "Deliver Checked" If you would like to delete one or all of the spam emails that are listed here, just click on the box to the left and then choose "Delete Checked" or "Delete All"

Releasing Quarantine items will TRAIN the filter to learn that these types of messages are NOT to be marked AS SPAM.

When the filter has MISSED a message that was supposed to be marked as SPAM, just click the As-Spam link next to the message OR for multiple messages, check the box to the right of each email and then choose "Retrain Checked". This will train the filter to view these messages as SPAM.
